A: I have 5 different sleep techniques that I use. After talking to the parents and finding out the temperament of the child I give the family 2 different methods. You get to choose which method you are most comfortable with leaving you with great success.

A: Send me a message letting me know of the issues your child is having. We will then set up a time to have a free consultation. Once you have selected a package which best suits you for how much support you feel like you will need you will answer a questionnaire so I can write you a report about how to start getting you and your family the sleep they deserve. We will then remain in contact for 2 weeks while you are using your sleep method.

A: Each 13 page personalized sleep plan has information to help you over the coming months as your child grows and situations arise. We review what the child's sleep environment is like and if there's anything we can do to improve it. How to deal with night time waking, weaning off feedings during the night, the importance of white noise, what to do during sickness and regression. If your family likes to travel there are tips of how to deal with the bedtime adjustment. Each sleep plan gets 2 different sleep methods so you can use a method you are comfortable with . All this plus more.

A: Depending on the child it can take 1-3 weeks. Most families notice a change by night 3. Keeping consistent with the method you pick will give you the success your looking for.

A: During our two week follow up we will communicate by phone and email. Therefore you can live anywhere in Canada for us to work together. If you are interested in night 1 of in person sleep help I travel anywhere in Calgary, Cochrane, Airdie and Chestermere.

A: Yes sleep training does work. It's about teaching good habits and setting the environment so the child has success falling asleep independently.

A: Sleep regressions are tough and can last 2-6 weeks. Having a strong plan and consistency while help while they are having a regression. Keeping good sleep habits will help as they can fall into poor habits as fast as 2 days.
